*If you filled in an incorrect address and the package is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional cost to resend package.
Certain countries require customs clearance and/or broker to clear customs. Gemmina Jewelry is not responsible for those charges and does not hold information on how much those charges might be - they vary from country to country.

We want our customers to be happy. If you do not love our product, you may return unworn item/s. We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! If you bought something and feel it's not for you, simply send us an email within 5 days of receipt and we'll make it right. We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement for free.
Complaints regarding damaged items must be notified in writing, combined with photos, within 3 days from date of receipt to Email: email@example.com.
